Serie C, Girone A 2025-2026: Cittadella-Vicenza, the probable formations

The fourth day of Group A of Serie C features an unprecedented Venetian derby between Cittadella and Vicenza, playing at the Tombolato in one of the Monday postponements of the third series. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m., under the orders of referee Di Loreto of Terni. The granata are looking for their second success of the season, while for the biancorossi there’s a chance to hook Lecco at the top.

Guided by Manuel Iori, who also experienced Cittadella for several years as a player, the host club started the championship with a draw against Virtus Verona (1-1), a success against Alcione Milano (1-0) and a loss at home to Pergolettese (3-1). On the field, the lineup will, barring any surprises, include the use of Castelli as the main offensive reference, supported by Gaddini, Bunino and Egharevba.

On the other side is a Vicenza that wants to return to B after a four-year stint in the third tier. The Berici started with a round 5-0 infliction on Lumezzane, followed by a 0-0 draw on the Ospitaletto field and another win, 2-1, against Arzignano. Scoring in the latter game were Filippo Costa and Claudio Morra, whose employment by coach Fabio Gallo should be confirmed on Monday as well.
