Of seventeen race weekends, Martin has missed ten completely: he did not take part due to injury in the Grand Prix of Thailand, Argentina, the Americas, Spain, France, Great Britain, Aragon, Italy, Holland and Germany. His best race result was fourth place in Hungary, while at the Sprint Race level, last year’s determinants in winning the world title, he did not go further than ninth, also in Balaton.
