For Jorge Martin, 2026 is a kind of year zero with Aprilia. In 2025, all sorts of things happened to him. Sportal.it interviewed him exclusively on the occasion of the presentation of the Noale manufacturer’s new MotoGP season.

“Now I’m fine, I’m really fine – he told -. I worked a lot during the winter, at a very intense level, to get back to 100 percent. I am still working on that and I am very happy to be here today, with this new design and this new livery. It is a good time and there is a lot of positivity”.

“After such a tough year, obviously there is even more desire to come back – added the 2024 MotoGp world champion -. It was a difficult season, in which I was not able to ride as much as I wanted to. It was important for me to understand the mistakes we made. Some things happened because of us, some things didn’t, but they happened anyway. The important thing was to learn, close that page and look forward. That was really crucial”.
