Serie B 2025-26: Venice-Juve Stabia, the probable formations

Monday’s Serie B offers a full calendar, spread throughout the day and decisive both for the race to the top and for the balances in the hottest areas of the standings.
It opens at 12:30 p.m. with Cesena-Sudtirol, a balanced challenge that can give useful indications. At 3 p.m. the round gets into full swing with more matches at the same time: watch out for Bari-Modena and Catanzaro-Monza, with the Brianzoli called upon to respond in the fight for promotion. Also scheduled are Mantova-Virtus Entella and Reggiana-Pescara, important confrontations especially in the lower zones. Venezia-Juve Stabia completes the picture, with the lagoon players committed to defending their supremacy.
At 5:15 p.m. spotlight on Sampdoria-Empoli, a cross between two teams in search of continuity and heavy points. Closing at 7:30 p.m. with Carrarese-Spezia, a match that also marks Luca D’Angelo’s return to the Ligurian bench.
In the meantime, Easter results have already raised the pressure on the top teams in the class. Frosinone and Palermo did their homework: the ciociari beat Padova 2-0, taking advantage of a defensive error to unlock the match with Raimondo and closing the score with Gelli. For Padova, despite the change on the bench, it was another setback, with Breda immediately called upon to chase.
Success also for Palermo, which overcame Avellino 2-0: Palumbo opened with a left-footed shot after a fast restart, then in the second half Ranocchia closed out the match. Also decisive was the expulsion of Izzo at the end of the first half. President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella was also present at the Barbera.
