Italvolley, maxi-list of players summoned for VNL unveiled

The head coach of the men’s national team, Ferdinando De Giorgi, has released the list of 30 players called up for the Volleyball Nations League 2026. Italy, the reigning world champions and veterans of the silver medal won in the last edition of the competition, will debut in the event from June 10 to 14 in Ottawa, Canada, facing France, Germany, Turkey and the United States in that order.
The second week of competition will see the Azzurri engaged in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from June 24 to 28, while the intercontinental phase will conclude in Japan, in Kansai, from July 15 to 20. The Volleyball Nations League 2026 Finals, on the other hand, are scheduled from July 29 to Aug. 2 in Ningbo, China.

Strokers: Tim Held, Giulio Magalini, Alessandro Michieletto, Francesco Sani, Mattia Bottolo, Daniele Lavia, Luca Porro, Tommaso Ichino, Mattia Orioli.
