Juventus studies the market hoax at'Inter. And calls Mauro Icardi

A market duel between Inter and Juventus may be sparked for Marco Palestra. The Atalanta-owned full-back, who was at Cagliari last season, has long been in the sights of the Milanese club, which has engaged in negotiations with La Dea, hoping not to repeat the torment of last year’s Lookman case, when the Nigerian faded after a very long negotiation.
The Bergamaschi want to sell the outfielder, but they value him at 50 million euros against a 40-million proposal from Inter. The two sides are negotiating but the suitors for the 21-year-old Azzurri meanwhile are increasing: Manchester City reportedly has its eye on him and Juventus is also reportedly on the player, having made some inquiries. The Old Lady’s management would have inquired about the costs and his willingness to move to Turin.
Juventus is also thinking about the attack, which is about to become orphaned of Dusan Vlahovic after the failure of negotiations pe renewal. The Bianconeri will also sell Jonathan David and Lois Openda and thus need to completely rebuild the department: among the names mentioned would be Mauro Icardi, reports Corriere dello Sport.
The Piedmontese club had approached the player as early as last January, and Luciano Spalletti has already given the green light for his arrival. The Argentine striker is due to expire with Galatasaray on June 30 and will not stay in Turkey.
Juve has reportedly re-established contacts, finding the agreement of the player, who would be enthusiastic about returning to Italy.
In addition to Icardi, Juventus has put Randal Kolo Muani, already appreciated in Turin in the second part of the 2024-2025 season, at the top of the list, valued by Paris Saint-Germain at around 40 million euros. The profile of Alexander Sorloth, a Norwegian center forward from Atletico Madrid, for whom the management led by Comolli and Chiellini would have already initiated the first contacts with the player’s entourage, has also been added in the last hours. The track of Crystal Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta, who starred in the Conference League final, does not go away either, nor that of young Fabio Silva, who did not find continuity at Borussia Dortmund last season.
