Juventus Transfer Market: The Bianconeri Are on a Roll When It Comes to Goalkeepers

Juventus continues its search for a goalkeeper to guard its net next season. Guglielmo Vicario and Emiliano Martinez remain at the top of the list, while on the outgoing front, the club is working to determine the future of its current goalkeepers.
Besiktas continues to show interest in Michele Di Gregorio, although negotiations do not appear straightforward due to the approximately 15 million euro asking price set by the Bianconeri. However, the possibility of a loan transfer with an option to buy remains on the table.
Mattia Perin, on the other hand, is inclined to extend his stay with Juventus, with a contract renewal expected shortly.
As for Vicario, the Italian goalkeeper is a serious but not exclusive option: his name had also been linked to Inter, with Nerazzurri sporting director Piero Ausilio spotted in London in the past specifically to scout him closely. At the moment, however, the Bianconeri seem to be in the lead to secure his services. Born in 1996, he has had a difficult season in the Premier League, facing stiff competition from the Czech goalkeeper Kinsky, and is reportedly inclined to return to Italy.
As for Emiliano Martinez, the main obstacle remains the high salary the Argentine goalkeeper earns at Aston Villa. The 2022 World Cup champion has, however, reportedly expressed a desire to try a new experience in a European league other than the Premier League, a factor that leaves the door open for negotiations with Juventus management.
