Juventus Transfer Market: Inter and Milan Battle It Out for the Bianconeri Star

Following Kerim Alajbegovic’s arrival from Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus urgently needs to offload a winger. Currently, Luciano Spalletti has the following players available for the left wing, in addition to the young Bosnian talent: Jérémie Boga, Kenan Yıldız (who will be sidelined for about three months due to surgery on his left foot), and Nico Gonzalez.

Gonzalez is the leading candidate to leave Turin, and there is no shortage of suitors. The former Fiorentina player, who spent last season on loan at Atlético Madrid with good results, would have liked to return to Spain, but the Colchoneros have not yet decided whether to recall him and, above all, consider the 30 million euros demanded by Juventus to be excessive.

It cannot be ruled out that the Argentine’s future may lie in Serie A, albeit not at Juventus. His name has been persistently linked to Inter in recent weeks, and Cristian Chivu would gladly welcome an additional attacking player; then there’s the Milan angle. The Rossoneri are short on wingers and could approach the Bianconeri, perhaps including Fikayo Tomori in the deal.

The English defender has been left out of Ruben Amorim’s squad, and his representatives are looking for a new home, but there’s no news on the horizon at the moment: the former Chelsea player has been approached by a few English clubs, but they haven’t made any concrete offers yet. Massara knows him very well and holds him in high regard; moreover, the Bianconeri have tried to sign him in the past.

On Sunday, September 6, Juventus and Milan will face off in Turin; by that date, the summer transfer window will already be closed, and we could very well see Nico Gonzalez in Rossonero and Fikayo Tomori in Bianconero: the coming days will be decisive for the future of these two stars.
