Milan Transfer Market: The Rossoneri Are Interested in Juventus’ Big Flop

Kaio Jorge, one of Juventus’ biggest transfer flops in recent years, is back on the radar of European clubs. The Brazilian forward, who wore the Bianconeri jersey from 2021 to 2023 without making much of an impact, is having a great season at Cruzeiro and is on the radar of several European clubs.

Among the clubs interested in the player are reportedly Bayern Munich and AC Milan, which, along with several Premier League clubs, have sent scouts to monitor the Brazilian forward, who has scored 16 goals in 38 games this season.

According to Fussball.news, Bayern Munich views Kaio Jorge as a potential future replacement for Harry Kane. The player’s valuation is said to have risen to 40 million euros: Zenit St. Petersburg had come forward last summer with a 30-million-euro offer, but it wasn’t enough. Milan, which has been linked to the player in the past, could indeed return in the winter in search of a center forward (Gonçalo Ramos and Francesco Camarda alone might not prove sufficient for Amorim), but it is unlikely they will be able to afford such a fee.

Juventus is watching with interest: when the Bianconeri sold him to Cruzeiro, they included a clause guaranteeing the Piedmont-based club 30% of any future resale. After two difficult years in Turin, marred by an injury, Kaio Jorge played on loan at Frosinone during the 2023–24 season, scoring two goals.

Following his difficult stint in Italy, the Brazilian forward moved to Cruzeiro in 2024 for 7 million euros; based on his performances over the past two seasons, he is now worth four times that amount.
