Ignazio Abate’s Torino shows no signs of slowing down, securing a commanding 3-0 victory over Parma at the Tardini and notching its third consecutive win. The Granata seem to have found their stride and earned three crucial points thanks to a solid performance, highlighted by Giovanni Simeone’s two-goal performance and a goal from Che Adams. For the home team, however, it was a dark night: Alberto Gilardino’s squad suffered its second straight loss by a three-goal margin.

Torino came out firing and broke the deadlock in the opening minutes. On the right, Belghali found space to send a cross into the box, where Simeone timed his run perfectly and struck a left-footed volley past Corvi, who wasn’t at his best on the save. The Granata gained confidence and continued to press, while Parma struggled to find a response.

In the 20th minute, they doubled their lead. This time, it was Cholito again who took center stage, delivering a low ball into the box that, after a decisive deflection by Diego Carlos, landed at the feet of Che Adams. The Scottish forward found himself just a few steps from the wide-open net and made no mistake, putting Torino up 2-0. The Emilian side’s reaction fails to materialize, and the visitors hold onto their two-goal lead until halftime.

In the second half, Gilardino tries to shift the momentum of the game by bringing on Lontani in place of Fabbian. Parma increased the pressure and managed to create several scoring chances, but Perri rose to the occasion and preserved Torino’s lead. The home team’s efforts yielded no results, and in the 69th minute, Torino delivered the decisive blow.

The play once again originated from the Belghali-Simeone connection. The Algerian winger beat Lontani to the ball with a header and set up the Argentine, who unleashed a thunderous shot from distance: the ball flew into the top corner, leaving Corvi with no chance. It was a brace for “El Cholito,” ending his scoring drought that had begun after his goal against Carrarese in the Coppa Italia on August 15.

In the closing minutes, Parma at least tried to make the deficit less severe and found the back of the net through Frigan. After a VAR review, however, the goal was disallowed due to an offside call by just a few centimeters. The score remained unchanged: the match at the Tardini ended 3-0 in favor of Torino.
