Frosinone aims to continue surprising everyone and build on its excellent start to the season, while Torino is looking for an immediate bounce-back after its latest loss. The match between Frosinone and Torino, part of Matchday 10 of the 2026-27 Serie A season, is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, at 3:00 p.m. at Benito Stirpe Stadium.

The Ciociari, led by Massimiliano Alvini, are one of the league’s surprise teams. After the first nine matchdays, they have earned 17 points—a tally that allows the Gialloblù to set their sights ambitiously on the top of the standings. Their home form is particularly impressive: Frosinone has won its last four Serie A matches played in front of its home crowd, scoring a total of 14 goals—an average of 3.5 goals per game.

Ignazio Abate’s Torino is also having a strong season, despite a recent setback. The Granata have collected 13 points in the first nine matchdays and are looking to get back on track to remain in the upper echelons of the standings. On the road, however, the numbers are encouraging: in their last three away games, they’ve recorded two wins and a draw.

Frosinone can still count on a particularly prolific offense. They are the team that has scored the most goals in the first half-hour of play this season—10—and also the one with the most first-half goals, 14.

All eyes are on Antonio Raimondo, who has already scored eight goals in this Serie A season. In Frosinone’s history in the top flight, only three players have done better in a single season: Matías Soulé, who scored 11 goals in 2023–24, and Federico Dionisi and Daniel Ciofani, who both scored nine in 2015–16. For the Granata, meanwhile, the key offensive player is Ché Adams, who has already scored four league goals.

Alvini is expected to stick with the 4-2-3-1 formation. Palmisani will be in goal, with Oyono, Calvani, Cittadini, and Terzic forming the defensive line. Calò and Masini will start in midfield, while Ghedjemis, Schmid, and Kvernadze will play behind lone striker Raimondo. Abate is expected to counter with a 3-4-1-2 formation. Perri will be the starting goalkeeper, protected by a defensive trio of Coco, Ismajli, and Comuzzo. Belghali and Patterson will play on the wings, with Fitz-Jim and Bragança in the center of the field. Vlašić will play in the attacking midfield behind the forward duo of Simeone and Adams.
