Taccetti asks his people to take example from Bannan

Trieste coach Francesco Taccetti in a press conference commented disappointed about his team’s ugly defeat in Desio against Acqua San Bernardo Cantù. The Brianzoli won 97-76.

“There is a need to understand that every possession counts and tonight it was not so for us. Insufficient approach by some players, at these levels it’s enough that one out of four doesn’t defend well and it’s a problem.”

“We focus on basketball and it’s the right thing to do and it’s our duty,” continued Taccetti, who praised Josh Bannan, author of 22 points. “Josh is a great added value and I thank the club for this addition. I hope the rest of the team will take an example from him. He must be an inspiration to the rest of the team.”
