Jorginho dreams of national team

Among the big surprises in this Serie A is definitely Jorginho, the midfielder who has taken over as Napoli’s director and who grinds out miles in every match.
The 24-year-old, born in Brazil but with an Italian passport, is surprising everyone after a lackluster year under Benitez’s management and is now aiming for a call-up to the national team ahead of the European Championships.
The former Verona man’s agent, Joao Santos, spoke to Radio Crc and sent a message to coach Conte: “Jorginho is working to do well in Napoli and to have the chance to play in the Italian national team and we hope that as soon as possible the call-up can arrive.”
