MotoGP Sprint Catalonia: Alex Marquez beats all, Bagnaia limits damage. Badly Bezzecchi

The Ducati Gresini team centaur Alex Marquez won the sprint race of the MotoGp Catalunya Grand Prix: in the absence of his brother Marc, who was injured, the youngest of the Marquez family took the lion’s share of the victory at the Iberian circuit ahead of KTM rider Pedro Acosta, who came in second.
Third place went to Ducati VR46 centaur Fabio Di Giannantonio (again the best of the Ducatistas), who in turn was ahead of Aprilia rider Raul Fernandez and Johann Zarco, the best of the Honda centaurs. Pecco Bagnaia limited the damage: having started thirteenth, the Piedmontese rider of Ducati closed in sixth position.
Saturday was difficult for the official Aprilia team: Marco Bezzecchi, who started from the back of the grid, struggled and did not go beyond ninth place. However, the rider from Rimini remains the leader of the World Championship because his teammate Jorge Martin did worse than him, crashing with nine laps to go: the Aprilia Spaniard got off to a good start after starting from ninth position, but crashed when he was in sixth place, jeopardizing his race.
