Inter market, found the'agreement for the renewal of Cristian Chivu

Cristian Chivu and Inter Milan are ready to continue their journey together. In fact, the Italian champion coach and the Nerazzurri club have agreed on a contract renewal until 2028, with a salary adjustment that will bring the coach to earn 4 million euros per season.

The last formal steps remain to be completed, with the signature and official announcement expected in the coming days. The announcement could come during the Serie A Festival in Parma, where Nerazzurri president Beppe Marotta is expected to confirm the understanding reached.

Chivu, the protagonist of an extraordinary season culminating with the Scudetto-Coppa Italia double in his first year on the Inter bench, went to the club’s headquarters this morning to finalize the last details of the extension and plan market strategies together with the management. The coach left the Viale della Liberazione offices in the late afternoon, around 5:45 p.m.

The renewal had been considered a formality for several weeks already. The will to continue together was never in question, and today’s meeting served mainly to finalize the final aspects of the agreement.
