With Antonio Faravelli’s wines, it’s a celebration for everyone: a big round of applause at Pinetina

Antonio Faravelli was also among the stars of a day when sports, camaraderie, and the local area came together on the green. It was an event enjoyed in the right spirit, featuring well-struck shots, smiles, award ceremonies, and, of course, a good glass of wine.

At the Pinetina Golf Club, once again the venue for the Swing Experience, the winemaker and golfer from Montù Beccaria brought not only his wines but also a family story of vineyards, passion, and a deep connection to the local area. It was an original way to showcase wine outside traditional contexts, bringing it closer to an audience that shares the same values of socializing and the joy of being together.

The awards ceremony thus also became a splendid highlight of the day: golfers, producers, and enthusiasts gathered under the same gazebo, prizes in hand and glasses raised for a toast. Because, at least in this case, after the last hole, the result matters—but having something delicious to celebrate it with matters even more. A summer of 2026 that seems to go on forever and has seen Faravelli riding high: among the wines that have sparked the most interest during the events are the Metodo Classico Pinot Nero Pas Dosé, the Pinot Grigio Trame’s, and the Bonarda Gallesio, recognized by Italy’s Finest Wines as among the finest expressions of Italian winemaking. Also standing out were the Buttafuoco Cà del Cervo—the only wine to have won the Crown in the Vinibuoni d’Italia guide—and the Riesling Viteus, which received a major award at the Hunter Award in Merano.
