The Italian Sports Federation (FISI) had stated that her return to Italy was decided so she could undergo the necessary medical examinations, but since then, no further official information has been released. The Alpine Ski World Cup will resume in late October with the giant slalom in Sölden, Austria, scheduled for October 24, 2026, and will conclude on March 25, 2027, in Sun Valley, United States.

In the women’s competition, 40 races are scheduled across 20 stops: nine downhill races, nine super-G races, twelve giant slaloms, and ten slaloms.
