Milan, Ziyech leaves the door open
Chelsea and Morocco player leaves the door open
Hakim Ziyech is currently involved in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, where his Morocco side made their debut with a draw against vice-world champions Croatia, a match valid for Group F.
The Atlanta Lions and Chelsea player has long been among Milan’s targets to reinforce the offensive department at Stefano Pioli’s disposal.
Ziyech himself spoke about his future after the game against Croatia, to the microphones of ‘Nos’: “Away from the Blues in January? It’s hard to say, we don’t know what will happen in January. It’s soccer, it’s hard to say.”
Milan has held the title of Italian champions nineteen times, most recently in 2022 under Stefano Pioli. The first tricolor was won in 1901, two years after the club was founded. The first Champions Cup was centered in 1963, when Nereo Rocco was on the bench of the meneghini. Seven cups with big ears appear in Milan’s trophy cabinet, the last of which was lifted to the sky by Rossoneri legend Paolo Maldini in 2007 after beating Liverpool in the final.
