Milan Luxury Fashion Week: Cantine Vitea Takes Center Stage at the Intersection of Fashion and Wine

A new event in the fashion world for Antonio Faravelli and Cantine Vitea. On Saturday, the Montù Beccaria-based company was among the highlights of Milan Luxury Fashion Week, an event held in Milan on Via Ambrogio Binda, featuring fashion shows and numerous guests.

Faravelli, a winemaker and golfer from the Oltrepò Pavese region, thus reaffirms his commitment to bringing wine into contexts beyond the traditional ones. This path has recently led him to participate in various events related to fashion and entertainment. Previously, he had also been invited to the Lombardy regional rounds of Miss Italia, held at a venue in the Lodi area.

On that occasion, between one fashion show and another, Faravelli had the chance to chat with many of those present, even joking about the old saying that Bacchus, Tobacco, and Venus reduce a man to ashes. “Bacchus, in particular, doesn’t do that: it’s essential to drink well and in moderation,” the producer emphasized, drawing approval from those present. The evening then concluded with the traditional photos taken with some of the event’s participants. Faravelli reiterated these words on Saturday as well.

The participation in Milan Luxury Fashion Week thus represents another step in this promotional effort, which brings the worlds of wine and fashion together. This is a realm in which Faravelli moves with ease, carrying with him the history of a company whose roots date back to 1895, when his great-grandfather Antonio founded Cantine Vitea in Montù Beccaria.

Five generations later, the family continues to carry on that tradition, with wines that have earned international recognition. Participation in the Milan event thus becomes another opportunity to showcase the Oltrepò Pavese region and its finest products to a different audience, bringing together wine, fashion, and the local territory.
