Federica Brignone: A photo from the evening with three other members of the Italian national team is taking the web by storm

After the FISI Media Day in Milan, Federica Brignone traveled to Verona for a gala evening. The Italian champion shared a photo on Instagram in front of the Arena, posing alongside three other stars of Italian sports: Lisa Vittozzi, Laura Pirovano, and Andrea Vötter. The four chose the picturesque setting of the Verona amphitheater to capture the evening, with the photo appearing among the Aosta Valley skier’s most recent social media posts.
The photo was posted the day after the FISI Media Day, the event that brought together several key figures from the Italian Winter Sports Federation in Milan to present the 2026–2027 season. Among them was Brignone, who is currently in the midst of her recovery following knee surgery and has already been forced to sit out the season opener in Sölden.
For the Italian champion, therefore, it was an evening different from her usual commitments on the slopes and training sessions, spent in the Venetian city in the company of some teammates. The photo taken in front of the Arena captures a moment of camaraderie among athletes representing different disciplines, from biathlon to alpine skiing to luge.
For Brignone, who has just come through some physically challenging months, the occasion also served as a moment of relaxation away from the pressure of competition. Her focus naturally remains on her recovery and return to the slopes, but the photo shared on social media offers a glimpse of the evening spent with her fellow Italian teammates.
