Treviso Announces Chico Carter’s Replacement: Three-Month Contract

Nutribullet Treviso has announced Chico Carter’s replacement: Jeremy Senglin. The talented combo guard, born in 1995 and originally from Kansas City, will take Carter’s place until the end of the season.
“Senglin is an experienced player capable of playing both point guard and shooting guard, as he has already demonstrated throughout his extensive career in Europe, which has taken him to Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Israel, and Italy,” the club stated.
“The 31-year-old from Missouri has, in fact, played in the LBA on two separate occasions: in 2022–23 with Reggio Emilia, averaging 8.5 points with 45.6% from three-point range, and in 2023–24 with Brindisi, where he finished with 9.7 points and 2.8 assists per game, shooting nearly 46% from beyond the arc. The three-point shot is the main weapon in Senglin’s offensive arsenal; since his college days at Weber State, he has relied on it consistently, averaging 21.1 points on 44.7% shooting from three-point range. After his two stints in Italy, Jeremy moved first to Israel (13.3 points and 4.4 assists) and then to Poland (10.6+3.6), consistently shooting over 40% from 6.75. Last season, he helped lead Nanterre to the semifinals of the French league, where the team was eliminated by Monaco.”
Senglin has signed a three-month contract with Treviso, with an option to extend through the end of the season.
