Damien Comolli is the new president and CEO of Pisa. The Tuscan club itself confirmed the news in an official statement in which, in addition to introducing the new executive, it bid farewell to Giuseppe and Giovanni Corrado, who are leaving the club after ten years.

“After several seasons during which we’ve seen significant improvements in all areas of the club, I believe the time has come for Pisa SC to enter a new phase of growth and development,” explained Pisa’s majority shareholder, Alexander Knaster. “I am convinced that this can happen under Damien’s leadership, as he brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of soccer, both on and off the field,”

“Damien is joining Pisa SC on an initial three-year contract,” he added. “I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Giuseppe Corrado and Giovanni Corrado, who have given so much to the club and have been the heart and soul of Pisa SC over the past ten years. Their contribution is deeply appreciated by the club, its staff, the players, and the fans. Personally, I am very grateful to them for everything they have done, and we will always remain friends.”

“Ten years represent an era,” said Giuseppe and Giovanni Corrado. “Pisa Sporting Club will always remain a fundamental part of our lives. We would therefore like to thank all our colleagues and the people of Pisa for their support and the affection they have shown us. Special thanks go to Alex Knaster for the support and friendship he has shown since the project’s early days, which we launched together with Enzo Ricci. We wish Pisa continued success as it carries on the extraordinary path of growth it has embarked upon over the past ten years.”

So says Damien Cobolli, who, after serving as general manager at Juventus during the 2025–2026 season, is joining the Tuscan club’s Nerazzurri ranks: “I am very happy to join Pisa SC as president and CEO. Under Alexander Knaster’s ownership, the club has made truly significant progress. This demonstrates that Pisa SC is an exciting club to join, with significant growth potential, starting with its organizational structure and the construction of a new, state-of-the-art sports complex. I look forward to contributing, in every way, to the next chapter in the club’s development.”
