It will be a clash of titans on Tuesday at 9 p.m. at the Parc des Princes in Paris: PSG and Barcelona will face off in the highly anticipated match on Matchday 3 of the Champions League group stage, with much more than just three points at stake. The match, officiated by English referee Michael Oliver, will be broadcast in Italy by Sky Sport on its satellite channels and via the Now streaming service.

Luis Enrique, the Parisian team’s coach, doesn’t want to hear talk of an “early final” at this stage of the competition, but he is aware of how important a victory would be for a team that is still recovering from a rocky start to the season. The 6-1 rout of Slovan Bratislava on September 9, in fact, kicked off a streak of six consecutive wins across the Champions League and the league, including victories over top-tier opponents such as Olympique Marseille in the league at the Velodrome (2-1) and Manchester City in the Champions League at the Etihad Stadium (4-2).

On the other side, Hansi Flick leads a true powerhouse, still with a perfect record in both the Champions League—with two wins over Feyenoord (5-1 at home) and Galatasaray (4-1 in Turkey), and a sensational 9-0 record in La Liga, which has allowed Barça to build a five-point lead over its closest pursuer, Atlético Madrid, and a six-point lead over its historic rival, Real Madrid. PSG vs. Barcelona is above all a showdown between great attackers: on one side, Doué, Dembélé, and Kvaratskhelia; on the other, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, and Raphinha.

Probable lineups

PSG (4-3-3): Safonov; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Zaire-Emery; Joao Neves, Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz; Doué, Dembelé, Kvaratskhelia. Head Coach: Luis Enrique.

BARCELONA (4-2-3-1): Joan Garcia; Cancelo, Cubarsí, Gerard Martin, Espart; Pedri, Rodri; Yamal, Olmo, Gordon; Raphinha. Head Coach: Flick.
