Despite the demanding dual commitment of the league and the Europa League, Milan decided this summer to rely solely on Gonçalo Ramos and Francesco Camarda as center forwards. The Portuguese forward, who arrived from Paris Saint-Germain for approximately 74 million euros, is not, however, performing at the level the Rossoneri had hoped for, and Camarda is also struggling somewhat.

So far, Ruben Amorim has given the young forward just 8 minutes of playing time in Serie A; in the Europa League, he played one hour against Salzburg. Against the Austrian side, Camarda struggled immensely: he is very young and his talent is not in question, but Milan is already considering taking action as early as January.

Gerry Cardinale’s main target is Nicolò Tresoldi, who has had a fantastic start to the season with Club Brugge and was the standout player in the Champions League match against Inter, where he beat Josep Martinez three times. However, there’s a problem for the Rossoneri: Arsenal.

The Gunners, led by Mikel Arteta, are having a lot of trouble scoring: Viktor Gyökeres, signed in the summer of 2025 for 70 million euros, is still goalless, and Kai Havertz has found the back of the net just three times so far. According to the latest rumors, the London club would like to make a move as early as January.

Nicolò Tresoldi is among the top candidates for the Gunners, who could offer Club Brugge around 40 million euros to sign the young center forward. The allure of the Premier League is certainly significant, but Tresoldi has always been a huge Milan fan, and that could make all the difference.
