On Tuesday at 9 p.m., Porto and PSV Eindhoven will face off at Estádio do Dragão in a match for Matchday 2 of the Champions League. Both teams are looking to bounce back after a disappointing start to Europe’s top competition: the home team has 0 points, while the visitors drew with Shakhtar Donetsk. The match will be broadcast on NOW TV and Sky Sport 258.

Francesco Farioli will be without Vasco Sousa and, most notably, William Gomes, both of whom are injured. The attacking trio will consist of Sainz, Samu, and Pepe, supported by Froholdt, Rosario, and Veiga in midfield. Moura and Fernandes will play as fullbacks, while Bednarek and Kiwior will form the central defensive pairing in front of Diogo Costa.

PSV’s list of unavailable players is very long: Sam Lammers, Adamo Nagalo, Sami Ouaissa, Ricardo Pepi, Alassane Plea, Jerdy Schouten, Kiliann Sildillia, and Paul Wanner will not be playing.

Peter Bosz has few options, then: in front of Kovar will be former Milan player Dest, Geertruida, Obispo, and former Juventus player Kostic. Sano and Junior will anchor the midfield, with the ever-reliable Perisic, Santos, and Van Bommel playing further forward to support center forward Mijnans.
