AC Milan, still searching for its true identity, faces a Bologna side that has seemed revitalized in recent weeks under Palladino’s leadership in one of the midweek Serie A matches scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The match will be played at the “Giuseppe Meazza” Stadium in Milan and will be broadcast live on DAZN, both as a standalone broadcast and as part of the “Diretta Serie A” package alongside Parma vs. Udinese and Venezia vs. Inter.

Despite its ups and downs early in the season, Milan remains one of four teams still undefeated, with five wins and three draws that have allowed it to keep climbing the standings even during the toughest matchdays. Ruben Amorim’s squad is coming off a 2-0 win on the road against Udinese, with goals from Pulisic and Hutchinson—the latter scoring his first goal since joining the Rossoneri. There are many players out due to injury, affecting every position: the Portuguese coach will rely on Gonçalo Ramos up front, with Cissé providing support.

On the other side, Bologna is coming off a solid 2-0 win at Cagliari, with goals from Casale and Bernardeschi on a penalty kick. Palladino will still be without Holm, Orsolini, and Piccoli—all three out with injuries—but has everyone else fully available. Up front, Odgaard will start again, with Cambiaghi and Bernardeschi providing support, while in defense, the goal-scoring defender Casale is expected to take Heggem’s starting spot. In midfield, former Rossonero Pobega will start, with Ferguson favored over Moro to play alongside him.
