2026-2027 Serie A: Sassuolo vs. Fiorentina, Probable Lineups

Sassuolo and Fiorentina face off at 6:30 p.m. at Mapei Stadium in the first of two Monday night matches on Matchday 10 of Serie A. Both teams are struggling and looking to turn things around: the Neroverdi are in 15th place with 8 points; they’ve lost four of their last five matches and conceded 12 goals in their last three games. The Viola are seventeenth with 5 points; they’re coming off a home draw against Atalanta after three straight losses and absolutely must climb the standings.

Aquilani is expected to field Berardi, Sebastiano Esposito, and Laurientè in the front three. In midfield: Adzic, Matic, and Bakola, while the two fullbacks will be Doig and Van der Brempt.

Vanoli is considering several changes: up front, Pellegrini and Beto are vying for the center-forward spot, while Mastantuono and Njie are expected to start. In midfield, Fagioli faces competition from Oulai, with Ndour and Brescianini as the other two midfielders. Jimenez and Joao Mario will play on the wings.
