MotoGp, fear for Pol Espargaró: run over by his own bike
Spanish Gas Gas centaur Pol Espargaro crashed in Portimao during the second free practice of MotoGp
Bad fall for Gas Gas centaur Pol Espargaró during free practice for the Portuguese Grand Prix, the first round of the MotoGp World Championship.
The Spanish rider fell disastrously at Turn 10, destroying his bike. Practice was immediately suspended to allow doctors to intervene. The Iberian centaur did not move from the ground but remained conscious after the fall, Dorna announced.
The KTM centaur lost control of his bike in turn 10, ending up in the fall just in front of his bolide, which ran him over: a frightening dynamic, also seen from the pits by Aleix, who was worried about his brother’s condition. Pol was fitted with an IV, then loaded into an ambulance that took him to the hospital for diagnostic tests.
