Juventus, away three to make room for Franck Kessié
Giuntoli would like the former Milan man on loan from Barcelona
A complicated but not impossible operation. Juventus has reportedly decided to bet firmly and convincingly on Kessié (an old acquaintance of Italian soccer, given his past at AC Milan) to reinforce its midfield. First, however, space must be made for the Ivorian. In particular, there are three redundancies that need to be placed before the final offensive can be attempted for the Ivorian on loan from Barcelona.
One has already been placed (Arthur to Fiorentina). Now a solution must be found for Zakaria and McKennie. The Swiss seems close to West Ham, while for the American there would be options in both England and Turkey (McKennie is an extremely pliant player, so potentially useful to multiple teams).
The Giuntoli-Manna duo is reportedly working to get Kessié from Barcelona on loan. The Ivorian midfielder, after an unexceptional season in the Blaugrana, would welcome the idea of returning to Serie A. Allegri would insert him into the starting midfield trio. Together with Rabiot and Pogba, he would go on to form a midfield of excellent quality and physical power. The success of the Kessié operation, however, passes through the disposal of redundant players. A strategy that confirms how, in the Juventus household, there are now very clear rules on how to operate in the market.
