Triple deal ready on Turin-Bergamo axis
Torino, ready a two-for-one exchange with Atalanta
Torino, after the heavy knockout with AC Milan, is reportedly one step away from finalizing an important deal with Atalanta. According to a report by "Il Corriere dello Sport", in the last few hours, the two clubs are reportedly in talks for a swap that would bring Alessandro Buongiorno to the Nerazzurri and Duvan Zapata and Brandon Soppy to the Granata.
The Dea, in fact, would have put on the plate an offer of 17 million euros plus the tags of the two players to convince the Piedmontese to let go of the class 1999 defender, for whom a 1.5 million euro per season salary would be ready.
To replace the young defender, Torino reportedly initiated contacts with Japhet Tanganga, who will most likely leave Tottenham to find more minutes. The granata would be intent on acquiring the class of 1999 on loan with the right of redemption.
From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
