Cantù brings Dario Hunt back to Italy

Acqua S.Bernardo Pallacanestro Cantù has signed, under a one-year contract and option for 2023-’24, 33-year-old American athlete Dario Hunt, a 206-centimeter, 104-pound center.
Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Hunt has already played in Italy for five different teams: Orlandina, Juvecaserta, Brescia, Virtus Roma and Fortitudo Bologna, all in Serie A.

In the Italian top league he has 112 appearances, 1198 points, 873 rebounds and 123 stoppages; his records in a single LBA game are 22 points (made three times) and 21 rebounds, captured in a derby between Caserta and Avellino in April 2016.
There is also a lot of international experience for Hunt, who, in the last four years of his career, has always played in European cups; last season he starred in the EuroCup with the Greek Promitheas.
