Dries Mertens, Inter Milan and Juventus tempt him in every way
The Belgian played in Naples for nine seasons
Mertens’ future is still shrouded in mystery. Having ended his long adventure in Naples (as many as nine seasons), the Belgian center forward is currently unemployed and without a team. He would like to play abroad but, in Italy, there are those who are tempting him.
Juventus and Inter are reportedly on his trail. The Belgian would make an excellent deputy Vlahovic and, should Sanchez leave, a luxury reserve for Inzaghi at Inter. Napoli fans are worried. Mertens is a home man and they really would not like to see him in a shirt other than the Azzurri in Italy. On the other hand, the 1987-year-old striker still feels he can make a difference at high levels. Juventus and Inter await his response.
