The midfielder had returned to Marseille after playing last season in the Sardinian capital, where, however, he only took the field on 11 occasions between the league and Coppa Italia due to physical problems.

Now, fully recovered, he is ready to return to the Serie A stage: in fact, Hellas Verona seems to be getting serious with the transalpine club. The Dutchman would be the first hypothesis for the Verona management, all the more so in the case of a farewell of Ivan Ilic, who is in great demand, even abroad.
