Atalanta lost 3-0 to St. Pauli in the friendly at Hamburg’s Millerntor Stadion. It was the last test before the European Super Cup next Wednesday in Warsaw with Real Madrid.
Scoring in the second half were Eggestein’s header on 13'at the second post off a free kick from Smith’s right, Afolayan on 23'dribbling even Musso on Hien’s erroneous pass, and Boukhalfa on 25'off an assist from Afolayan’s cross.
Mateo Retegui, who took over in the second half from El Bilal Touré, made his Nerazzurri debut. Nicolò Zaniolo did not play instead because of tendinitis in his left foot.
