Valuable win by Bolelli and Vavassori who in doubles completed Italy's victory over Belgium in the second Davis Cup Group A match.
Earlier, Berrettini had beaten Blockx in a comeback 2-1 (3-6, 6-2, 7-5), but then Cobolli was defeated by Bergs (6-3, 6-7, 6-0).
In the decisive match, the two blues prevailed with a clear 2-0 first with at tie-break (7-6) and then by snatching the service from their opponents on the final (7-5).
Italy will qualify for the finals if it beats Holland or loses, but Brazil will knock out Belgium specifically. IIn case of a 2-1 success, it would be the set quotient that would decide.
