Germani Brescia, Peppe Poeta has one'less weapon for Sassari trip

Germani Brescia will not have Maurice Ndour available ahead of the trip to Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari’s parquet, scheduled for Sunday, May 4, at PalaSerradimigni with the ball at 6:15 p.m. The Senegalese wing-pivot suffered an ankle injury during the training session held Saturday morning under the orders of coach Peppe Poeta.
“Pallacanestro Brescia announces that, during the training session held today morning, its member Maurice Ndour suffered a sprain to the left ankle – explained the club in a note -. The player will have to undergo investigations aimed at establishing the extent of the injury and recovery time for the resumption of competitive activity”.
Brescia approaches the trip to Sardinia on the strength of third place in the standings, just two points off the top shared by Virtus Bologna and Trapani Shark.
