Sky launches 'Tennis Heroes' with Adriano Panatta and Paolo Bertolucci

It is a magical moment for Italian tennis, which is experiencing the feats of the World No. 1 Jannik Sinner and the other Italian stars who, just a few months ago, won the Davis Cup and the Billie Jean King Cup. But the history of tennis is over a century long and is full of extraordinary champions who have left their mark.
Sky has reassembled one of the strongest and most successful pairs of Italian tennis, Adriano Panatta and Paolo Bertolucci: the two champions – in an evocative setting created ad hoc in the Sky studios – will guide the audience to discover, or rediscover, the greatest performers in the history of the sport.
The 10 episodes of the series Tennis Heroes – Panatta&Bertolucci, will start from mythical figures such as that of Bjorn Borg, at the center of the first episode, to arrive at our days through the memories and anecdotes of the “double” Panatta&Bertolucci who, accompanied by Stefano Meloccaro, will tell in their own way, with irony and wit, who were, on and off the court, the champions they met during their careers and not only, in a long-distance challenge with artificial intelligence. Which will be beaten by the experience of the inimitable double.
The first episode, starring Björn Borg, will be aired on Sky and NOW, and available on demand, starting tonight at 7 p.m. on Sky Sport Tennis and at 12:30 p.m. on Sky Sport Uno, immediately after the Champions studios, and also tomorrow, Wednesday, May 7, at 7:30 p.m. on Sky Sport Arena and 11:30 p.m. on Sky Sport Uno, as well as available on demand.
