The two matches of the preliminary round of the Serie B playoffs have been played.

In the first one, at the Ceravolo Stadium Catanzaro beat Cesena 1-0 decisive goal by Iemmello in the 54th minute.
With the same score of 1-0 home victory also for Juve Stabia over Palermo at Stadio Menti, Adorante’s goal at 67′ decided.
