Giacomo Agostini gave a long interview to the microphones of GPOne in which he also spoke of Pecco Bagnaia, who is experiencing a rather difficult start to the season and in the last GP, at Silverstone, he cashed another zero in the standings.

Pecco is nonetheless doing well – said the’former champion – and when Marc arrived at the team he already knew he would find himself near a tough bone. The many falls? He is not the only one, with these tires and with such powerful bikes, all it takes is a slightly damp asphalt or a temperature change that affects the tires to end up on the ground”.

“Today then riders go over the limit because they know that if they slip, fortunately, nothing happens– he later pointed out – In my era, on the other hand, when you crashed you died, consequently you had to be careful”.

“Is it wrong to say that Pecco is in crisis? Yes absolutely, even last Sunday at Silverstone he was having a good race, then he fell, but when you are on the limit it can happen” concluded Agostini.
