Beukema one step away from Napoli: Bologna announces replacement

Sam Beukema will soon be a new Napoli player. In fact, the Azzurri club has reached an agreement with Bologna for the transfer of the Dutch defender for between 30 and 32 million euros.

In the meantime, the Rossoblù club has protected itself by purchasing Martin Vitik outright from Sparta Prague. This was announced by the Bologna club itself through an official statement published Sunday afternoon.

Right-footed central defender born in 2003, Martin Vitik is skilled in physical duels, especially aerial ones, thanks to his physical strength. Coming off an important season with Sparta Prague, between league and cups he has made 42 appearances, contributing to the Czech side’s Champions League run and fourth place finish in the Chance Liga.

Vitík is a talented defender with a strong right foot.

Vitík joined the Sparta Prague youth academy as a child, among the country’s top clubs, and from January 2021 he moved to the first team, immediately taking a starting place. He now leaves the club after 192 appearances and 21 total goals between national league, domestic cup and European cups.
