Inter, according to Massimo Moratti should have taken Paulo Dybala
Former Nerazzurri patron expects Inter’s redemption
A few days before Inter-Roma, Moratti spoke to Centro Suono Sport 101.5 to take stock of his beloved Inter’s moment: “I have the feeling that Inter has taken the blow of last year: there is disappointment in the environment. The Nerazzurri need a jolt to restart.”
The former Nerazzurri patron also spoke about a missed market hit, namely Dybala. The Argentine will star in Saturday’s match at San Siro but wearing the Giallorossi jersey instead of the Nerazzurri one: “He is a great player and any Nerazzurri fan would have wanted him, however, the club made other choices.”
A quip also about the many American properties in Italian soccer: “Many Americans are becoming passionate about soccer and are looking to invest in Italy because they are interested in developing the spectacle of the sporting event. We are positively destined for the arrival of other foreign properties.”
