MotoGp, Brno: Marc Marquez wins again, Bezzecchi excellent second. Bagnaia off the podium

It does not seem to want to stop the domination of Marc Marquez in the MotoGp World Championship 2025: the Spanish rider of Ducati conquers in fact for the fifth consecutive time the double Sprint Race-Gp Sunday, succeeding in the feat also in Brno, in the Grand Prix of the Czech Republic. In second position an excellent Marco Bezzecchi on Aprilia, Pedro Acosta (KTM) completes the podium.
The first part of the race sees Bezzecchi take the lead and also try the’stretch, but Marquez stays in the slipstream and on the’eighth lap places the overtaking that proves decisive: in the final the Romagnolo tries to mend, but at the finish line the gap is one second and 753 thousandths. Just off the podium was the winner’s teammate, Pecco Bagnaia, who finished half a second behind Acosta.
In a race that sees the falls of Alex Marquez and Joan Mir in the same incident in the opening bars, as well as that of Enea Bastianini on the seventh lap, Raul Fernandez (Aprilia Trackhouse), who anticipates Fabio Quartararo on an Aprilia, closes the Top 5. Seventh position, on his return, for Jorge Martin, who collects the first points of a season marked by the long break due to injury.
As for the other Italians at the finish line, Luca Marini closes in twelfth position riding his Honda, while Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati VR46) ends a bad weekend with zero points in the standings and sixteenth place in the race, behind Alex Rins (Yamaha). In the overall standings, Marc Marquez moves up to 381 points, second his brother Alex with 261, third Bagnaia at 213.
