Lando Norris wins the Hungarian Grand Prix ahead of his teammate Oscar Piastri, sanctioning yet another one-two for McLaren, which celebrates its 200th Formula One victory. Completing the podium was the Mercedes of George Russell.

Charles Leclerc, who started from pole position, even finished fourth: the Monegasque, who led for more than half the race, paid dearly for the hard tire fitted in the third stint. The Ferrarista lashed out at the race wall over the radio and was also tucked in by Russell with just a few laps to go, after also receiving a 5-second penalty for an abrupt braking in the duel with the Briton.

Closing out the top 5 was an excellent Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) who preceded a surprising Gabriel Bortoleto (Kick Sauber) and Lance Stroll’s other Aston Martin. Completing the top 10 were the two Red Bulls of Liam Lawson and Max Verstappen and the Mercedes of Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
