Two races and two defeats for the yellow-and-violet
The Los Angeles Lakers’ pre-season is not going, to put it mildly, great. Two contests and two defeats for the yellowviola who, on the night, were beaten by the Suns (119-115 the final). Excellent performance by Booker, author of 22 points. On the other side, a 23-point James (8/11 from the field) was not enough.
In the other challenges, success of Toronto against Boston (125-119, despite Brown’s 23 points) while Philadelphia imposed itself, at the photo finish, on Cleveland (113-112, 21 points by Maxey). Success also for Dallas: 98-96 over OKC. Finally, Indiana overcame, brilliantly, Charlotte (122-97).
