It was an evening of clear-cut victories in the Champions League on Tuesday. After Barcelona&#8217s 6-1 win over Olympiacos in one of the two matches that began late in the afternoon, come (in addition to PSV&#8217s 6-2 win over Napoli and Inter’s 4-0 win over the Inter;Union Saint-Gilloise) also PSG&#8217s 7-2 win at home to Bayer Leverkusen, Arsenal’s 4-0 win over Ateltico Madrid, Newcastle&#8217s 3-0 win over Benfica, and Borussia Dortmund&#8217s 4-2 win in Denmark against FC Copenhagen.

Other results included a 0-0 draw between Kairat and Pafos, still looking for their first-ever Champions League affirmation as far as the League Phase is concerned, and Manchester City’s 2-0 win over Villarreal on the evening when La Liga confirmed that the Yellow Submarine’s match against Barcelona will no longer be played in Miami.
