Among the most interesting profiles on the market is Kalidou Koulibaly. The Senegalese defender, now at Al Hilal, has been out of Italy for a few seasons, but his name still carries weight. In his Napoli days, he was among the strongest centerbacks on the planet, and a return to Serie A is far from unlikely.

The Saudi club would like to keep him, offering him a renewal, perhaps at lower figures than the current ones. A meeting between the parties is expected soon to see if there is room for an extension or if Koulibaly will give the green light to a new European adventure.

Many Italian clubs have offered to keep him.

Many Italian clubs are keeping an eye on him, but Juventus seems to be in pole. Luciano Spalletti’s arrival reinforces this scenario: the Tuscan coach, aware that the department would need a tune-up, knows Koulibaly well and has always extolled his qualities in his time at Napoli. In the Bianconeri, the Senegalese would find a suitable tactical context and could form a solid pair with Bremer, who is currently stuck in the pits.

There is no shortage of rivals for the Bianconeri. Allegri has always valued him. Milan would be willing to put up a hefty signing in order to secure a defender of international caliber, who is experienced, physical and a leader. Inter Milan also remains vigilant.
