Fiorentina market, official the'arrival of Paolo Vanoli

Florentin has made official the hiring of Paolo Vanoli as the new coach of the purple team in place of the exonerated Stefano Pioli. Here is the text of the statement.

“ACF Fiorentina announces that Paolo Vanoli is the new coach of the purple first team. Vanoli, who was born in Varese on Aug. 12, 1972, has coached in his career the Under-16, Under-18 and Under-19 Italian Youth National Teams, Spartak Moscow, with whom he won a Russian Cup, Venezia and Torino. The new Gigliato coach will lead his first training session at Viola Park this afternoon.”

To the coaching palmares we add that Vanoli has won two Italian Cups, in 1998-1999 with Parma and in 2000-2001 just with Fiorentina. In Serie A he also played with Verona, with whom he made his debut in the top division, and with Bologna. With Parma he also won an Italian Super Cup in 1999 and a Uefa Cup in 1998-1999.
