“It’s a very ambitious project, a winning club that is doing things the right way, and that’s what attracted me: to come here to continue winning and compete – said the Florida club’s new acquisition -. My goal is to continue winning, to go after the trophies we are missing and to win everything here”. Reguilón, 28, arrives at Inter Miami after playing in two of Europe&#8211s most prestigious leagues – La Liga and Premier League– as well as building a solid resume in major international competitions, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and FIFA Club World Cup.

Born in Madrid, Reguilón began his soccer career in the youth sector of Real Madrid CF, spending ten years in the club’s academy before moving on loan to UD Logroñés, in Segunda División B, in the 2015-2016 season. He returned to Real Madrid in 2016 and wore the Real Madrid Castilla jersey before making his first-team debut in October 2018 in the UEFA Champions League. A month later he made his La Liga debut and, in the same season, was part of the squad that won Real Madrid’s fourth FIFA Club World Cup title.

Subsequently, Reguilón moved on loan to Sevilla, where he enjoyed a brilliant 2019/20 season contributing to the UEFA Europa League victory. His excellent performances in Spain opened the doors to the Premier League with Tottenhamclub, with whom he played two seasons before continuing his European experience on loan at Atlético de Madrid.

He then moved to Sevilla.

He later wore, again on loan, the jerseys of Manchester United and Brentford, before returning to Tottenham in May 2024.Internationally, Reguilón boasts six appearances with the Spanish senior national team, including three appearances in the UEFA Nations League in 2020 and a FIFA World Cup qualifying match in 2021.
