NBA: Curry takes down Orlando, OKC good, Boston’s crazy comeback

There are seven games played in the NBA night. Steph Curry, author of 26 points and 6 assists, drags the Golden State Warriors to success against the Orlando Magic (120-97). The Oklahoma City Thunder immediately returned to winning ways as they knocked out the Memphis Grizzlies (119-103) thanks to usual Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who came close to a triple double with 31 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Thanks to this success, the defending champions remain firmly at the top of the Western Conference.

Boston Celtics’ crazy comeback climbing back from -20 against the Indiana Pacers, who were outscored 103-95. Shining for the green-and-whites, who consolidate third place in the Eastern standings, is Jaylen Brown, who scores 31 points and captures nine rebounds. The Denver Nuggets have an easy time with the Utah Jazz (135-112): starring Nikola Jokic, who signs a triple double with 14 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists, and Jamal Murray (27 points). Thanks to this victory Denver hooks the San Antonio Spurs in second place in the West standings.

Those who remain at the top in the Eastern Conference, however, are the Detroit Pistons, who beat the Portland Trail Blazers –currently in the last available play-in spot in the West – 110-102, led by Jalen Duren: a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds for him. In the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers, just outside the play-off zone, also won: 139-132 was the final result with which they defeated the Charlotte Hornets thanks to 30 points by Donovan Mitchell and 54 by the duo De’Andre Hunter-Darius Garland.

Finally, fifth consecutive victory for the New Orleans Pelicans, who overcome the Dallas Mavericks 119-113: Zion Williamson great protagonist with 24 points and 9 rebounds, while the Mavs were not enough the 35 points with 17 rebounds by Anthony Davis and 20 points by Klay Thompson.

Great show on the Italian night between Dec. 23 and 24 with almost all 30 teams engaged: the only two teams resting are the Golden State Warriors, who will be back on the court against the Dallas Mavericks on Christmas Day, and the Boston Celtics.
