At 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Hamburg will host Bayern Munich at the Volksparkstadion in the 20th day of the Bundesliga. The home side occupies 15th place in the standings, Vincent Kompany’s men are absolutely dominating the league: 50 points in 19 games, the result of 16 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat, 72 goals scored and 16 conceded.

Hamburg should come to the challenge with Vieira, Dompé and Konigsdörffer in the offensive department, supported by Jatta, Sambi Lokonga, Remberg and Muheim in midfield. Capaldo, Torunarigha and Vusković will have the very difficult task of stemming the attacks of the Bavarian team.

Given the emergency in the right lane, Tom Bischof will have to sacrifice again. Alongside him Tah and Kim Min-jae with Davies on the left lane. Leon Goretzka will not be there for market reasons, in the midfield it will be Pavlovic flanking Kimmich with Olise, Gnabry and Luis Diaz in the three-quarter supporting Harry Kane. Baby prodigy Karl is expected to sit on the bench barring any last-minute changes.

The 20th day of the Bundesliga offers in its program the challenge between Hamburg and Bayern Munich. Of the two formations, the one in greater need of points is undoubtedly the home side, being in the midst of a fight to save themselves, but the Bavarians will want to maintain and possibly increase the already large lead they enjoy over second-placed Borussia Dortmund.

In the last five games, the Polzin-coached team has collected three draws and two defeats: this has led them to be 14th with only three points ahead of third-last-place Mainz (Hamburg, however, has one game less). The Hanseatic coach will rely on Fernandes in goal, in midfield Remberg and Vieira will act as midfielders, while Philippe will be the sole offensive terminal.

Vincent Kompany’s team is coming off its first league defeat, a misstep that was practically useless for the purposes of the standings since the Bavarians still have an eight-point lead. The Belgian coach undoubtedly wants to return to victory and will field the starting lineup except for young Karl, who will take Musiala&#8217s place.

BAYERN MONACO (4-2-3-1): Urbig; Davies, Tah, Kim, Bischof; Pavlovic, Goretzka; Olise, Karl, Diaz; Kane. All. Kompany.
